We also offer LightForce Laser Therapy, Vitamin IV Infusions, Weight Loss Program, and Dry Needling / Acupuncture services.

Will I be treated at the same time as another patient?

No, we prioritize personalized care and focus entirely on your needs during your visit. To ensure you receive the best possible treatment, we do not conduct co-treats, meaning you’ll have our full attention throughout your session.

Will I have the same therapist for every appointment?

As a small business with a close-knit team, we work together to ensure you receive the best care possible. While your scheduled therapy appointment may occasionally be with a different therapist depending on availability, rest assured that all of our providers are highly qualified and work closely to maintain consistent, high-quality care.

If you have any questions or preferences, please don’t hesitate to contact us—we’re here to support you every step of the way.

What should I wear to therapy?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely, as we place a strong emphasis on exercise during your sessions. Additionally, please ensure that your problem area is easily accessible, as we may incorporate manual therapy techniques to help address your specific needs.

What should I bring with me to my first appointment with the Doctor?

Please bring your insurance card, any relevant or recent imaging related to your problem area, and a valid ID.

We recommend arriving 30 minutes early to complete new patient paperwork, or you can save time by filling it out beforehand. Simply click here to complete the forms online and bring them with you on the day of your appointment.
